The Brussels-Capital Region may fund part of your digitalisation consultancy project: better connected tools, better protected data or a website that does more for your business.

A base rate of 25%, rising to 70% with uplifts. Capped at € 10,000 per business per year. Subject to the conditions and the Region’s decision.

What could digital tools improve?

The grant can support a consultancy assignment in three areas. Here is what each one covers, with examples of projects for your business.

Processes, products and services

Connect your tools. Simplify the work.

An assignment can improve how your business works, its production tools, or the products and services it offers. It can combine automation, custom software and artificial intelligence.

Example assignments

  • Connect your CRM and invoicing through Make, Zapier, n8n or a custom integration.
  • Integrate ChatGPT or Claude to sort requests and draft responses for review.
  • Build an AI assistant that finds information in your documents and cites its sources.

IT security

Protect access and data.

The grant also covers a one-off assignment to strengthen your business’s IT security. This can involve reviewing access to your tools, protecting your data or checking your backups.

Example assignments

  • Review who can view, change or share business data.
  • Strengthen access to your tools with two-factor authentication.
  • Check backups and prepare to restore data after an incident.

Website

A website that supports your business.

An assignment can cover a new website or technical improvements to its features, performance and connections to your other tools. Copywriting and advertising campaigns are outside this scope.

Example assignments

  • Create a multilingual catalogue or online shop.
  • Connect website orders, appointments or enquiries to your management tool.
  • Improve speed, accessibility and technical search engine optimisation.

These examples illustrate the grant’s scope and do not guarantee approval. The assignment must address a one-off need and meet the scheme’s conditions.
